End of Season Supper Club in collaboration with Moreish Good Food

  • Laurelbank Farm 121 Middle Road Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland, BT24 7LS United Kingdom (map)

It’s time to stop - down tools, relax and gather together - not to work, but instead to feast! You may be familiar with the amazing Eileen from Moreish Good Food who we have been working with this year. We are collaborating again to create a seasonal six course menu, drawing on Eileen’s innate talent for flavour combinations using the best seasonal produce grown here on the farm. Expect vibrant colours, rich textures and lots of Mexican-inspired flavours.

We will start the night in our rustic Cow Byre enjoying mulled apple juice and flatbreads from our clay pizza oven. Once ensconced in The Gallery, we will enjoy smokey aubergine tacos and Mexican soup and a sumptuous main course featuring the very best pork from Stonebridge Cottage Farm, roasted beets harvested here on the farm, alongside Chipotle smashed pink fir apple potatoes - again grown by our own fine hands!

We will round the night off with Autumn pudding (a play on Summer pudding), before retreating beneath the ancient sycamore tree to nurse cups of hot Chamomile tea & nibble on delicious Mexican wedding cookies bathed in the glow of the fire.

I’m genuinely so excited by this menu, and what is sure to be a magical night. I can’t wait to share it with you all!
