Construction works have started!

We’re turning two of our crumbling, but beautiful, outbuildings into a new kitchen and event space for the business. I’m delighted that we’ve managed to get the roof down before it fell down. Decades of woodworm, damp and old wooden timbers aren’t a good combination!

We recently held our first willow harvesting workshop at the farm. A bunch of amazing people came along for a morning of learning, chatting, crafting & community. It was totally brill!

If I’ve learnt one thing over the last 7 years of running my own business it’s that food brings people together.
